V(a) Does the agency have a compliance monitoring or regulatory function? If yes, describe how this function will be separated from integration projects undertaken for statistical and research purposes to avoid this conflict of interest.

Example documentation to consider:

  • Legislation outlining the functions of the agency (to demonstrate that the agency has no compliance monitoring or regulatory function)


  • Walk-through process to understand segregation of functions/staff (where an agency does have a compliance monitoring or regulatory function)
